CHIA SEED PUDDING

We recognize that chia seed pudding has been around a while, but this recipe is too good not to share! A healthy breakfast has never felt so decadent.

CHIA SEED PUDDING + RED CURRANT, BANANA, AND ALMOND

1/2 cup black chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Combine ingredients in air tight container and refrigerate overnight.
