The Green Manalishi Smoothie

Just like the Green Manalishi, this smoothie packs a two-pronged crown of health and flavor.

 The Green Manalishi Smoothie

12 ice cubes

1/2 cup almond milk

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (we prefer Fage)

1 tablespoon wheatgrass 

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 ripe banana 

1/3 cup chopped mango 

1/4 cup chopped pineapple

1/4 cup fresh spinach  

1 or 2 teaspoons honey, to taste 

 

Blend ingredients over high speed.
