BANANA OAT COOKIES
2 ripe bananas
1 cup quick oats
1 piece of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks
1./2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon honey
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine ingredients using a potato masher. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Let rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
